5-S Cabin is a custom built luxury cabin nestled in the highly favored Kaniatobe Trails West area. Located in the center of Hochatown just minutes from all the Hochatown restaurants, the Broken Bow Lake/Marina, the Cedar Creek Golf Course, Girls Gone Wine, and Beavers Bend State Park.
Perfect for 2 couples or a family, this cabin offers:

Natural gas only fireplaces inside and out, beautiful oak floors, and direct access to the covered porch and hot tub from each king suite are just a few of the perks at 5-S Cabin. 5-S Cabin has a fully furnished custom designed kitchen and offers spacious room for dining and entertaining. An open concept kitchen, dining area and living room with big, beautiful windows, leather recliners, sofa, and flat screen SmartTV will be the perfect place to unwind after a day on the golf course, lake, or park.
Outside you’ll find the gas fireplace, hot tub, fire pit, gas grilling station, playground area, and horseshoe pits. You can sip your morning cup of coffee, relax and read a book on the covered deck while watching the kids play or the deer feed in the backyard at 5-S Cabin.
5-S Cabin offers plenty of parking and space to turn around your truck and boat.

A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish washing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, iron/ironing board, towels, and linens.
This cabin has a Gas Grill and is hard-lined to the property so a propane tank will not be visible.
We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out.
Gas Fireplaces are seasonal October 15th ~ May 15th.

Really good stay!

Great couples get-a-way
by Greg MZero real complaints. Gorgeous house.....seems wrong to call it a cabin lol! We all felt warm and comfortable the entire time, relaxing, enjoyed ourselves, wanted for nothing, location put you seconds from the heart of al the "go - to" places if you want to. Decent cookware and utensils if thats what you want to do, great flatware and glasses. Beds, if you like soft beds, this is your place. If you like firm beds, hit the couch. TONS OF EXTRA PILLOWS!!!! Thats a huge plus. We are already planning on going back and putting a group together for another trip.

Family Getaway at 5-S

Corn hole, Ladder toss, horse shoes, fire pit with great seating including a saucer swing and 2 porch swings. Hot tub, Grill area, outside dining, Pool table, everything you need for a fun stay. Beautiful area and great location. Can’t wait to go back!

A great cabin with all the amenities

Better than the pictures!
by BrookeMy husband and I stayed in this cabin with another couple, their kids and our dogs and had a great time! The pictures really don’t capture the real beauty and space that this cabin has to offer. There are plenty of activities to enjoy in the outdoor space and the kids loved the game room. We were so impressed with the attention to detail throughout the cabin and appreciated that we could bring our dogs too.

Family Fun!
by Michael ColemanBeautiful, clean cabin with a ton of activities inside and outside (pool table, smoker, hot tub, cornhole, etc). The bedrooms are big enough for a pack and play and a large dog kennel.
Not as secluded as you’d think, you easily throw a baseball and hit neighbors on all four sides.
Bring some kitchen basics with you - cooking oils, salt/pepper, etc
Also - if you go through towels quickly, bring some extras.

Two Dallas couples had a 4 night stay in 5-S cabin.

Tons of great memories, smores and margaritas by the campfire, cooking Tomahawk steaks, playing cornhole, naps and of course relaxing in the hot tub every night. Can\'t leave out game night and playing pool in the loft and loved those comfy beds. Everything was clean and the cabin comes complete with everything you need. Good friends, food and conversation make for a perfect getaway!

The space is perfect for 3-4 people and it has much of what you would need for your trip. I highly recommend this place!

Great Weekend Getaway!

It was close to hiking trails and close to shops if we forgot any ingredients. I would definitely recommend this cabin for a small group!

Perfect cabin for our family!
by JaclynWe instantly felt welcomed upon arrival to this cabin with great directions and a well lit house. The play set and outdoor games were great for the kids and we loved the big windows and the game loft. Kitchen was equipped with all we needed for meal preps and appliances were very nice. Beds and furniture were very comfortable and nice TV’s and great WiFi signal so we were able to continue our work and schoolwork easily. Short drive to the longer hiking trails and fishing but was easy to navigate. We would definitely stay at this cabin again with our family and highly recommend the Blue Beaver property management team!

Fun fall family time!

We arrived at night and were greeted with a breathtaking lit up view of the property. Gasping as we walked through the front door, WOW was exclaimed many times. The cabin was amazing overall.
